Return & Exchange Policy

At NöSPOP™ we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and fair return process.


Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unmodified, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the hygienic nature of wearable clown noses, clips, and related accessories, used, worn, or opened items are not eligible for return.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, email pop@nospop.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds may be denied or reduced if the item shows signs of use, damage, modification, or misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Product Use & Durability Notice

NöSPOP™ products are designed for repeated normal use, but are not indestructible.

Damage caused by:

  • Excessive force or strain
  • Improper attachment or removal
  • Modifications
  • Exposure to heat, chemicals, or misuse

is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under returns or replacements.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
